• Tom Yum Goong
• Mango sticky rice for dessert (tell us if you're allergic to mango and we'll change it)
Morning class (09:00–14:30)
• 09:00–10:00 Hotel pickup and drive to a local market
• 10:00–10:30 Shop for ingredients with the chef and learn about Thai herbs and sauces
• 10:30–10:50 Arrive at the sea-view restaurant, make and taste a welcome drink
• 10:50–13:30 Cook 4 dishes, eat your meal and dessert, receive a souvenir
• 13:30–14:30 Transfer back to your hotel
In low season many market stalls are closed, so the market visit is replaced with cocktail making.
Afternoon class (15:00–19:50)
• 15:00–16:00 Hotel pickup
• 16:00–16:15 Learn about the ingredients and see the organic vegetables
• 16:15–16:35 Make and taste a welcome drink
• 16:35–19:20 Cook 4 dishes, eat your meal, make a cocktail with local Thai spirits, dessert and souvenir
• 19:20–19:50 Transfer back to your hotel

Good to know
• The class runs with a minimum of 4 guests. If a session doesn't reach 4, we'll help you reschedule or cancel.
• Children 8 and over can cook. Children 3+ can be looked after during the class; children under 3 must stay with a guardian.
• Your confirmation email shows your pickup time. Please wait in the hotel lobby; the driver holds a sign with the lead guest's name and won't call ahead. Shared transfers can run late — if no one has arrived 15 minutes after your pickup time, contact us.
• Schedules may change because of weather or safety.
